Stephanie works at the intersection of clinical social work, ethical AI, education, systems change, research, and understanding-centered technology. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and New York, a Doctor of Social Work student, and a social work educator, her work is grounded in clinical practice, community-based experience, nonprofit leadership, and medical social work.
Her current focus is building tools, projects, and learning experiences that help people use AI to organize complexity, clarify decisions, improve access to resources, support research workflows, and strengthen professional judgment.
Stephanie's earlier work as the founder of Mentor Me of Ulster County helped shape her commitment to practical, relationship-based systems that respond to real human needs. That foundation continues to inform her current work in social technology, resource navigation, and understanding-centered AI.
She believes AI should not replace human judgment, ethics, creativity, or relationship. Instead, AI should help people understand more clearly, ask better questions, organize complexity, and do more of the work that matters.
